Project brief

A double-storey terrace in Taman Mutiararini needed a full wet-kitchen upgrade without blowing a mid-range budget. The homeowners cook daily with heavy wok use, so humidity resistance and easy maintenance were non-negotiable.

Scope delivered

  • Moisture-resistant aluminum carcass for the wet zone
  • Quartz worktop with eased edges for cleaning
  • Full-height uppers to maximize storage on a standard 20-foot terrace plot
  • Soft-close hardware (Blum-spec) on all daily-use doors and drawers

Material decisions

We specified aluminum for the carcass where steam is constant, and invested the visual budget in door finishes and countertop quality—exactly where the kitchen is seen and touched.

Outcome

The kitchen now reads premium at first glance while keeping line-item clarity on every component. Onsite measurement, fabrication, and handover were coordinated under a single JB project lead.
