Project brief

This condo layout separated dry display cooking from the enclosed wet kitchen—a common pattern in newer JB towers. Each zone required different material strategies.

Scope delivered

  • Aluminum wet-kitchen carcass with sealed edges
  • Sintered stone worktop in the wet zone for stain resistance
  • Warmer wood-look dry cabinetry for the open kitchen face
  • Integrated appliance housings aligned to existing M&E points

Why it works in condos

Limited access and lift sizes were planned into the fabrication schedule. Panels were sequenced for efficient delivery without damaging common-area finishes.

Outcome

A cohesive two-zone kitchen that feels high-end in the open plan while staying engineered for Malaysia’s humidity behind closed doors.
